New York Restaurant & Foodservice Show (February 24-26, 2002)
Paleewong Trading joined Harbrew Imports to present Singha at the Fancy Food Show held at the JJC in February 2002. 1,000+ participants sampled Singha. This premium lager won much praise by the beer critics, suppliers, buyers, drinkers, tasters and chefs who attended the 3-day event.

Numerous chefs deemed Singha appropriate for all dishes that contain even the slightest hint of spice. The distinctive hop flavoring of Singha seems to harmonize with the wonderful flavors in spiced foods. Chefs noted how perfect Singha would match with Sushi and Sashimi dishes, since we all add wasabi to our soy sauce! Our beautiful 'Singettes', dressed to the nines in elaborate Thai traditional costume poured the original Thai brew.
